Regarding Power BI Alerts, are there only two conditions? Above and Below? What about equal to?

Based on my research, now it is jut two condition(above and below), I am afraid you could not set the "equal to" condition, I suggest you submit an idea in ideas forum:

https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas
