Dashboard limited access
Hi,
We need 2 dashboards for our dataset, one for all managers and another exclusively for CEO and Board members. The trouble is that people are able to see both dashboards. How can I control the access to the CEO dashboard?

Currently you are not able to restrict dashboard access in one app workspace.
My first suggestion is to ensure that all your users consume the data via the App. In the App do not include the CEO Dashboard.
Then grant the CEO access to the App Workspace as a Viewer which will allow him to see his dashboard and other dashboards.
Second suggestion is to use the Shared datasets and use that in another App Workspace for the CEO and grant them access to the new App Workspace.

I was thinking of sharing individual reports with all users, so they don't access dashboard. And then share the dashboard only with CEO and board. Something to that effect. But your suggestion is likely to be more sustainable. Thanks a ton.

The new App experience is really good and allows for more details to be put into the App.
