Dashboard metadata api limitation

Hi all ,

while i was working with metadata for some dashboards with the help of power bi rest apis , i found out that its not exposing who is the creator of dashboard ,when it was modified? Is there any way we can obtain it with the help of apis

    Using Power BI REST APIs, we cannot fetch when a dashboard was modified and who the creator is.

    Hi Anmoldeep​,

    You cannot get Created By / Created Date / Modified By / Modified Date directly from the Dashboard REST API response. The cleanest enterprise solution is to enrich your Power BI metadata using the Activity Events API or Microsoft Purview Audit logs, and join that information using Dashboard ID and Workspace context. The current official dashboard REST schema confirms those audit fields are absent.
