Dashboard does not load on IOS

 I have a dashboard that I share with other company employees through the public link. but it loads and then goes blanlk on IOS devices, on the web service and on Android devices, it works normally

    Hi LaislaFrancisco ,

     

    I tried to reproduce your problem but it didn't work.
    What is the exact condition of your dashboard, it won't load? Or is it stuck on the loading page? Is there an error reported? If so, can you provide a screenshot? (Please be careful to hide sensitive data information)

    Hello Caitlyn!
    It only loads the background, the information does not load, and the background is only for a while, then it also some and the screen is all blank. Remembering that this only happens on the iphone, we tested it on versions 11, 12 and 13.
