Daily Scheduled Refresh failure

I have been experiencing issues during the scheduled daily refresh, which started around one month ago. I am a pro licensed user and here is the error message. my dataset has a little over 10M rows of sales transaction data starting from 2018 -01-01 to YTD, and the PBI file is 233MB. I tried the incremental refresh feature but it hasn't been working either.  The incremental refresh is set to import prior day's transactional data. 

Please help!!

Try changing the Privacy Level on Power BI Service.

Hi @ansonKSI 

 

I was having a similar issue recently.


What I did was to install the latest version of the Gateway software. 

I then also restarted the Gateway server and that resolved the error.
