Customize the e-mail subscription
Hi all, Is it possible to customize or somehow change the way the auto generated subscription looks like? The default format is not user friendly. Its too zoomed out and lots of irrelevant infor...
It's 2026.. Does any one find a solution how to zoom in / format the Email subscription ? 5 years since this request raise. 😀

You don't have to rely on default options. You can set this up with Power automate to send certain text and information from your report. But, in Power BI service as of now there is no option to edit the email format.
If you are trying to achieve any specific task then please let me know.
