Custom Visuals in Admin Portal

I noticed there was a new section in the admin portal and unfortunately the "Learn More" link doesn't do anything. Anyone have any clue what this is?

    Hi v-qiuyu-msft. It appears that this was annouced today as part of the February desktop release. It is buggy though and will randomly errors on some visuals. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

      As you mentioned "It is buggy though and will randomly errors on some visuals."? Would you please tell us which visual has errors when upload to admin portal. It would be better if you could share detail information for us to test it.
