Cross-tenant workspace access

Hi all,

I am a consultant and my client has granted me access to their PowerBI workspace externally.  I sign-on using their domain and my credentials, then browse to their workspace directly using the URL.

Recently this has stopped working.  When I authenticate, I choose the domain and it asks for my credentials, then seems to go around in an endless loop, asking for multi-factor authentication each time.

Is there a new way to access a guest or shared tenant workspace?

Thanks,

Ben.

I'm not sure that's it.  The cross-tenant functionality seems to be very poorly implemented as it is, so my question was around is there a correct method to access a cross-tenant workspace?

Hi @bhalicki

I would chat to your client and ask them to check and make sure that there have not been any changes in their Power BI tenant?
