Hi @Anonymous ,
Power BI is a reporting tool so there isn't a "holding" space for documentation or links in Power BI WOrkspace. But, here are a few solutions for your issue that I can think of right off.
1. You can use Power BI as report that links to your datasource (SharePoint, OneDrive, whatever) and has the links to all the videos that way.
2. There are other types of workspaces that may or may not relate to a Power BI workspace. Like, a SharePoint site or a Teams Workspace or other options that tie together with Power BI if you are looking for some sort of reporting
3. If you are using a YouTube site, you can use Power BI to get all of your diagnostics for your channel.
I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would Mark this As a Solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,
you can embed video links into Dashboard if that helps? https://docs.microsoft.com/de-de/power-bi/create-reports/service-dashboard-add-widget
Also I would recommend to use the Help section in which you can create helpful links for your user 🙂 here is a helpful link -> https://www.yodabi.com/?page_id=9909#help
