Hello,
I want to share a Report with RLS to colleges. The Reports are imported from a Dataset within the same workplace.
When just sharing the Report and not granting access to the workplace a "Cannor load model" error occures.
The current workaround is adding my college to the workplace. When adminestered the role of "contributor" or higher there are no issues with loading the data. Meanwhile rls is not possible for these roles (see Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn). When Administered the role of "viewer" a "couldn't load the data for this visual" occures. This scenario was tested with and without rls in place.
- For now it is important to be able to share the report. There are no preferences whether to share it via granting access to the workplace or not.
- rls can be tackled later
