Couldn't load model error

I have a workspace, with a report inside…

I clicked “update app”

And I have added the user here:

The user is unable to access the report, the user gets:

“Couldn’t load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again.”

Why is this happening? (why) Does the user need more access than the one above?
