in the above link, It is mentioned copilot feature can be enbled from F2 SKU.
my doubt is, if I share reports that are hosted in a Fabric workspace with capacity below F64 SKU (for example, F16) and the users have a Power BI Pro license with member access to that workspave, will they still be able to use Copilot features such as Report Page Summaries and Ask questions about your data?
"Based on the Microsoft documentation you referenced, users with Power BI Pro licenses can indeed use Copilot features in reports published to a workspace on an F2 or higher capacity, like your planned F16. The key requirement is that the workspace is assigned to that Fabric capacity.
Regarding migration challenges, the main consideration is ensuring all your datasets are compatible and that you manage the workspace reassignment carefully to avoid disruption. A phased approach is often best.
If the licensing cost for Copilot is a concern, you might find our project PowerMind interesting. It's a custom AI assistant that embeds directly into Power BI dashboards, providing similar natural language Q&A without requiring a Copilot license. We built it for scenarios exactly like this.
