Controlling access to workspaces and dashboards with security groups
- 6 years ago
Hi TheTechWizard ,
Currently in power bi service, anyone who has access to the workspace means he can see all contents in it.
However, you can publish this workspace as an app and share it with others, in the app you can define the dashboards, reports...where you want to show it to others you want to access it. In the permission page, you can define the aceess.
You should note that: If you choose not to include a report that has a related dashboard, you see a warning next to the report. You can still publish the app, but the related dashboard won't have the tiles from that report.
More details about apps, you can refer this document that could help you: Publish an app in Power BI
