Context-Sensitive Help (CSH) Calls in PowerBI Application

Hello. I'm a technical writer, and I'm working with developers to include CSH calls to HTML help topics. I use MadCap Flare as an authoring tool, so I can create the Alias and Header (.h) files along with the help output files.

I have a tile (button) that opens the HTML5 visual and shows one help topic per dashboard. What I want to do is provide the developers with the CSH links and have those links open the correct help topic from the help system application.

I've found almost zero help about this issue. Does anyone know how to include a help application in a Power BI application?
