Connect External Tools to power bi Services/embedded

I would like to know if it is possible to connect some external tools ( ex: python, Dax studio...) to power BI services, or power bi embedded.

The question is too vague.  You can use the XMLA endpoint connection but it is limited to certain licensing schemes.  Please provide more details.
