I have following issue plewase guide how to solve this issue in service.

Cloud data source setting is not allowed refresh through gateway.

Same problem here (since last week):

but setting "Allow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster." ist activated:

Any suggestions/guidance welcome.

Hi, when working with onpremise and cloud sources there is a setting for the Data Gateway to configure at the Manage Gateway settings. If you are the gateway admin go to the settings and check the following option:

Once that's turned on, you can configure the oracle source for the gateway and for the cloud ones you can just open the "DataSource Credentials" section of the dataset (Semantic model) settings and edit it.
