Checking access to workspaces / reports
Hi all,
Is there a way to export the information, which users / groups have access to which app workspaces or single reports across the whole tenant in a structured format?
Maybe as an admin feature or, if not possible otherwise, via REST API?
Hi,
After my research, i found a Power BI API to reach your requirement, see this:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/groups/getgroupusers
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Giotto

I have not but if you find it, please let me know. Last time I did this I had to do it manually, which is gruelling and painful.

Hi,
I think there is no such function now, and you can create an idea here:

Hi,
This is really bad news and somehow hard to believe.I mean, you can view the access settings directly in PowerBI Service as an app workspace member, so obviously they must be saved somewhere?
