I have created a dashboard and I placed it to a workgroup which has about 150 members. Is it possible to check how many and which users have opened/viewed dasboard?

Yes, those are the auditing functions that are actually technically part of Office 365. In Power BI Service, click gear icon, Admin portal and then Audit logs.
