Hi all,
The 'Chat in Teams' stopped working for a while now. Basically, I'm in Service, I click on the button 'Chat in Teams', the window pops up, and it keeps on loading...
I don't have any ad blockers on the two sites. Does anyone know what's up?
Multiple colleagues report the same issue.
After a while, I get this message:

I opened a ticket and the guy redirected me to our own IT department...
Btw, the pop-up does load if the browser is in 'Incognito' mode.
That's at least a hint at what it could be - browser cache or cookie.
