Changing Access level in Premium Workspace
Hello
Can someone please tell me how to remove someones access from a premuim workspace? I have admin rights and gave someone Contributor access instead of Member. There doesnt seem to be an option to change access or delete and re add? If I try and do it again I get this error. Surely there must be a way of doing this?

That's because you are a "Member" of the Workspace, not the "Admin". "Members" can add new "Members", "ContrIbutors" or "Viewers" but can't change user levels, or remove users. you need to be an "Admin" to do that.

Burningsuit That would explain it. I was under the impression I had admin status.

You should be able to do this by going into the Workspace, selecting "Access" at the top menu, this gives the list of user with access. Then against the username listed, click on the three dots, (...) and set the access to "Member" (or whatever you want).
