Cannot receive the subscribe mail

Then, the problem should be the dashboard and report in that specific workspace. there are some considerations and limitations regarding to subscription. I set a scheduled time as below to receive auto-posted mail, current we don't care the page snapshot look like, all the users besides me (developer) cannot receive the mail. But in another workspace, I set the same setting(even RUN NOW or Set Scheduled Time ), it worked. Do you have any idea about the reason?
