Cannot load model schema associated with this report - live connection

Hi All,
I had created a report with live connection to the database and published to workspace. I had provided access to external users to this, but they are not able access it as they are getting the below error. They have Power BI PRO license. What could be the issue? 
Do I need to provide database access also to external users ?

    Hi Prabha45 ,

    Please try below steps:

    1. Please confirm you have create the correct AS datasource in Power BI Service, could refer this document: Manage SQL Server Analysis Services data sources - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

    2. Please confirm if you have set the RLS in AS model
