Cannot export pix

Hi - I'm a PowerBI newbie! I'm trying to copy metrics from a scorecard and read that I should download the pbix file, but I'm not able - I'm getting the following error.   Activity ID: c1dcdc5a-36...

Hi TC04CUNY ,

 

I believe just above the activity id there should be a line that states the actual error.  Could you copy that please?  If that status code of 401 is actually the issue then that error noamlly means that you do not have permissions to download the file.
