Cannot create Workspace in Deployment Pipeline
I am creating a deployment pipeline. My Development Workspace contains 2 objects: 1 dataflow and one dataset. I know I can't use the deployment pipeline for my dataflow (yet?) but I want to use it for theDATASET.
There is no Test or Production workspace. I want to create them by using the deployment pipeline. When I click on "Deploy to test" from the pipeline, I have a warning for the dataflow (that I expected) but then:

I can create workspaces, I can assign them to a premium capacity...

Hi Anonymous ,
Pipeline and workspace permissions are managed separately. You may have pipeline permissions, but not workspace permissions. For more information, review the permissions section.
And as the official document said, To assign a workspace to a pipeline, the following conditions must be met:

The workspace must be a new workspace experience.

You must be an admin of the workspace.

The workspace is not assigned to any other pipeline.
-
The workspace must reside on a Premium capacity.
-
You cannot assign a workspace with Power BI samples to a pipeline stage.
