Cannot Schedule Refresh - Data Source Credentials and Schedule Refresh greyed out

Hi there,

 

I have this problem where I cant schedule refresh in the app.powerbi.com. I'm fully using Sharepoint online, so I dont need to setup gateway for this (says it is "optional"). I have searched about this problem in the internet but cannot find the solution.

    Then dont setup gateway. Disable it. Make sure sharepoint credentials are filled in correctly

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    According to your screenshot, your data source must be configured with a gateway before it can be refreshed, which is strange.

     

    So are you sure that your data source is Sharepoint Online?

    What connector are you using?
