Hi michellem, based on my research there is currently no way to delete orphaned content packs like this. A similar thing happens if you create a content pack in a group workspace, and then delete the group workspace, as described here: http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Unable-to-delete-Content-Pack-when-Workspace-no-longer-exists/m-p/74213#M13926
It looks like the issue has been reported to the product team (based on the above post), but I haven't seen any ETA on a fix at this point.
