Cannot Create an Account For Free For 60 Days
Hi All,
I tried to Signup to create a new log in to https://app.powerbi.com by giving my work email (not a gmail or such like). When I entered the email address and click the sign up and got the below error message
Do you have another ID?
We can't find chiranthaka.jayakody at moodys.com. Do you use a different ID at work or school?
Try signing in with that, and if it doesn't work, contact your IT department.

Hi Chiransj,
Please check if your work email is a domain email like [email protected]. For more details, please refer to: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-self-service-signup-for-power-bi#signing-up-for-power-bi-free-as-an-individual.
