Cannot Create an Account For Free For 60 Days

Hi All,

I tried to Signup to create a new log in to https://app.powerbi.com by giving my work email (not a gmail or such like). When I entered the email address and click the sign up and got the below error message

Do you have another ID?
We can't find chiranthaka.jayakody at moodys.com. Do you use a different ID at work or school?
Try signing in with that, and if it doesn't work, contact your IT department.

Sign in with that ID 

I can't understand what's the issues with it. Please help.
