I am not quite sure about the " scheduled jobs" you meant, if it refers to the performance of the PBI report/dashboard , you should probably check the useage of metrics, please find the official document here:

if you're refering to the activities that the owner currently have been doing, you could check the audit log. please see the official document here:

I would suggest that you could monitor this from the On-Premise Data Gateway. This is where it would be responsible for the data refresh.
