Can you give people access to share the report outside the organization?

When I set up a report for a customer outsdide of my organisation they might want to share it with other people in their organisation without going through me everytime. Is this possible?

Yes . This is possible. refer:Allow external guest users to edit and manage content in the organization

TIP:

1.Please try to invite his colleague to become a guest user before sharing.

2. Check the 'Guest users permissions are limited' option.

And your guest user's colleagues still need to be invited as your tenant's guest user.The 'No' setting means guest user have the same access to directory data that regular users have in your directory.
