Can't schedule refresh or configure data source settings

Hi, I want to schedule a report refresh in Service but the option is greyed out.  I can see that the automated refresh has been deactivated and there is a warning when I enter the semantic model: ...

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Kindly check if you have the necessary permissions on the semantic model to modify the data source credentials.

    In addition, you could consider republishing the report and then configuring the gateway and credentials directly in Power BI Service.

I have the same error
Data source error: Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh.

and the credntial part is disable

i checked all of the query on my power bi desktop and no error found, i also cleared cache and replublish but the error still exist
(please note that all of the source files for the dashboard are excel file, on my shared drive)
