Can't refresh local data

I have some reports that use local, unchanging data from excel files. I also have "Include in Report Refresh" disabled on all local data files as they are static files.   The reports also connect ...

Hi aj1973, I have the same problem as Jason. I don't have personal Gateway installed in my laptop. What I should do? I can't refresh the data.

    Hi Alicjaked098 

    You need to install a personal Gateway in your machine or on Premises. What is your datasource? how is your report connected?

      Hi aj1973, my data source are 4 excel files which are on Teamsite on Sharepoint. Do I need install also personal gateway if all these files are in this cloud?

        No, since the files are in sharepoint online then you don't need a Gateway. What is the issue then?
