Can't open downloaded excel file

Hello all,   Here's the situation. I have admin permissions and there is a report in the Power BI services, I used to download a table from this report as an Excel file, but now I can't open this ...

Hi , Anonymous 

If it's convenient, can you reveal what exactly you described as "download a table from this report as an Excel file" that generates a PBI item? If it is convenient, you can also disclose your account license and the capacity of your work area, because as far as I know, if your license is not enough to enter the current workspace, you can enter the workspace, but you cannot access the content inside, and the error will be "your account does not have permission".

If the above situation does not meet the situation for you, you can provide the following error details when opening the report for further study, thank you for your time!

    Hello  Aniya Zhang,

    Thank you for your quick response,

     

    What I meant is clicking the options in the table view Icon, inside the PBI report, and export to Excel (Export data):

     

     

    Export as Excel file:

    Then I try to open that Excel file and it won't let me.

    It says that my user does not have permissions to that information
