Can't log into power bi account online

We created a power bi account for a coworker, but when he tried to log into the account, it said that the log in was correct but an error message appeared that said he does not have permission to access the resource. How can I fix this? I can log into to the administrator account if that is where I need to go to fix this, but I do not know how to enable the user to access the account.

You can try to log in to another account and enter this account and password again. You can also clear your browser cache and try again.
