Can't export data from slicer

Hi all,

 

We are encountering the following issue with a report :

-When the report is open in Dekstop, we can export data from our visuals, including the slicer visuals.

-Once the report is published, readers can export data from visuals, but not from the slicer visuals.

 

I checked the options, but I didn't see where this specific export could be blocked.

Am I missing something ?

    readers can export data from visuals, but not from the slicer visuals.

    What does it look like? Is the "export data" option grayed out? Or have you turned off the "Header icons" in the slicer?
