Can't Share outside my organization

I have been trying to share a dashboard with a customer that is outside my organization. The customer is using the Pro Trial version but is not receiving the shared dashboard.

I go through all the process of sharing and do get a note confirming the the file was shared but when my customer follows the link nothing appears on his window.

There is no row level security enabled in the reports.

Please help!

Still no solution? It doesn't work yet.

This was raised as an issue the other day. I don't think they've fixed it yet.
