Can not open dashboards

Hi,   I created some dashboards, most of time they are working good, but sometimes I can not open them , click on that but no responding. Can you please advise?   Regards Steven

    Hi v-qiuyu-msft ,

     

    Thanks for you replay, I can open it today without any actions. I will try to clean the cache next time I got same problem.

Hi naivecalf, 

 

Please clear browser cache then access the Power BI service again, click on the problematic dashboards, check if you are able to open it.
