Can free users pin a tile or report to dashboard?

We have a Premium Capacity Workspace and some users has free users access.

Can free users be able to Pin Tile or Report to a dashboard?

Users don't see option to "Pin to a Dashboard"

Hi @Anonymous ,

A free user does not have the ability to do much other than use their own My Workspace.  They won't have access to other folks' dashboards to interact with unless they have been given permissions to do so and even then without the PRO license.

Thanks for responding. 

We have premium capacity workspace. They have a viewer permission with the workspace currently. If I change their permission to a Member will that work?

Yes, so that is different.  If you have Premium workspace, then you should be able to give users access.  They do not have to have their own license since you are extending your Premium licensing to them.
