Can Not Pin Report to Dashboard

I have been exploring PowerBI quite a lot lately. Recently i encountered a bug , i found that i am not being able to pin a report to dashboard.

 

I build the report in Desktop and Published it, Any Idea?

    I think i have found the issue, when i am importing data it from an Excel Table then it can not be pinned, weierdo..

    I have noticed I consistent behaviour in the last release. Sometimes I see a pin, sometimes I don't. Then it reappears. Take another look and see if it has reappeared

        I'm having the same problem with data coming from Access - no pin icon.
