Can Free Licence users access Direct Query Reports within Row Level Security in Pro Workspace?

Can free license users view a report that contains Direct Query Row Level Security in Pro Workspace where only the report developer has a Pro license, and the viewers have a free license?

If this is not possible, can free users access Pro Workspace when RLS is done within the data source SSAS?

If you have a Premium Capacity, your organzations Free users can access any report you want, they will just have no ability to create new content in the capacity. We have thousands of free users and hundreds of reports published into our capcity and use workspace Apps and Row Level Security to control user access to reports and dataset content.

Hi. No matter the source and the connection. A free user can't view a Pro Workspace. Everything developed at Pro workspaces can only be viewed by other Pro user. Free users can only view Premium capacity workspaces or Fabric F64 or Higher workspaces. Otherwise the free it's just a trial users for persona use or test of the tool.

It's not about direct query or SSAS or RLS. It's about how the license works.
