Call Rest API(Export) with-in Power BI Report through URL Click Event in table without Embedded/MVC?

Question

I registered my Native-application along with read & Write permission with Power BI Service in Azure AD.I am trying to call RestAPI by passing ClientID,ClientSecret,username,Pwd and resource but not able to hit API through URLClickEvent.
is it possible to hit RestAPI in URLClickEvent in Power BI Report without using Embedded/MVC?
