I am setting up Power BI for the analysis of Call Quality Dashboard.
The "Call Queue Call Result" with their stati is not clear to me.
§ agent_joined_conference (answered conference mode calls)
§ declined
§ disconnected
§ error
§ failed
§ invalid
§ overflown (overflow condition met)
§ timed_out (timeout condition met)
§ transferred_to_agent (answered tranfer mode calls {default})
Do you have a page or community, where this is explained in deep or could you please explain what this exactly means.

what explanation are you looking for. The information above would refer the system that creates it, ie the software, you would need to get the meanings of this from there unless i misundserstand what you are asking.
