Buttons in the new update

How do I choose a button action in this new update? And to associate a web page to the button?

    Hi Anonymous 

    If you're talking about the November 2021 update to Power BI Desktop, there is a known problem that you are unable to create actions on Buttons in the New Format Pane. To create actions, you need to turn off the Preview feature "New Format Pane", then Button Actions are available in the format pane again.
