BciCalendar Tooltip Issue in Service

Hi All,

 

The BciCalendar tooltip is behaving abnormally in the service. It is showing up on the left side corner. It is coming up as expected in the desktop. Please help.
Please see image below:

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Based on my test, the issue will also happen in the desktop. But when I change the location of the visual, the problem immediately disappears.

     

    In service, it behaves exactly as you described, but after I constantly modified the position of the visual, everything became normal again. This may be a random problem.

     

    I suggest you create a reviews in https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/WA104381096?tab=Overview to improve the visual.

      Hi v-deddai1-msft ,

      Thanks for the quick reply. I was not able to reproduce the issue in desktop.
      As mentioned by you I tried changing the position of the visual, but it did not help.

      But a strange behaviour i found was that after some other visual in the page which has an interaction with the calendar was clicked, The tooltip came up at the correct position.

        It seems to be a bug for the custom visual.I suggest you create a reviews for it.
