I would check each datasource in the report and make sure that each one is correct. I would also check to confirm that the "Privacy Level" in desktop is identical to the published version.

Responsive ResidentAnother interesting point, is that this same report refreshed without issue for the past two months. The issue just started happening this week. I haven't made any changes either.
