Azure Maps Visual Fails to Show Data in Report Subscription via E-Mail

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my Power BI report that contains an (Azure) Maps visual. When viewing the report online, the map displays all locations and data points correctly. However, when I receive the report via a subscription by email, the map only shows the general background without any of the marked data points completely zoomed out.

Here are some additional details:

• The issue only occurs with the subscribed reports; the online version displays the map correctly.
• I have already checked browser compatibility (tested on Chrome and Edge) and ensured that the data sources are correctly configured.
• All versions of Power BI and browsers are up to date.
• Already tested Azure Maps and ArcGIS, both with and without auto zoom.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this issue or how to resolve it? Are there any known bugs or workarounds that I could try?
