Automatic time zone on Data Flow ?

Hi everyone,

What is the best way to automate a time zone from Data Flow To any user anywhere in the world.

I have a card that shows the Latest Refresh Time & Date on the service from a data flow and I want it to show the customer the last refresh time according to the local time on the client computer and I want this to happen automatically.

is there a way that the system will recognize the time zone on the client computer and adjusts it automaticly (without inserting the time zone that the customer is on)
