Automatic Page Refresh has been available since the October update:
I got it working in Power BI Desktop. However it doesn't work in the PBI Service - I get the following message:
Our Power BI purchased Capacity is A1 SKU (configured via Azure Portal) for dev to confirm functionality works for our use cases.
I'm a Power BI Capacity Admin, however I can't find the settings relating to this feature anywhere? I've checked all settings across workspaces, pages, the PBI Admin Portal, Azure Portal....
Can someone point me to where I can configure this page refresh settings please? I'm stumped....
Hi @HVenter ,
Please try Admin portal -> Capacity settings, click your premium capacity name, you might find it under Management ->Workloads.

Hi Jay
Thanks for the reply - much appreciated. Please see attached photo of our capacity settings.
We provisioned our PBI tenant using Azure (A1 SKU) so its not "Premium" but "Embedded". However documentation states Embedded should also be supported - unless our SKU is not the right kind? Any ideas?

Hi @HVenter ,
Sorry I don't have Power BI Embedded environment, maybe you could try clicking capacity name and see if you can go into setting page and find any related settings about Automatic Page Refresh.

Thanks for the reply. Yep tried that, no luck. No such setting unfortunately.
(Our PBI capacity is based in Australia East - as I understand this is still preview, could that be the reason we can't see this feature setting anywhere for the PBI Service? I've gone through all the settings with our Azure tenancy admin also, we can't find it anywhere)
