Automated Refresh and Publish Power Bi Report

Hi rabbal1892 

It is possible with schedule refresh configured.

Please read How to configure schedule refresh in Power BI.

v-juanli-msft  thanks for replying to the question with plausible solutions. 

 

So my data is on the cloud and for that, I don't think I would need a gateway. I have scheduled "periodic refresh" which seems to be working fine. The only thing I'm worried about it is publishing it. It seems the report is getting updated but it's not getting published so the others can see the updated version.

 

 

I have integrated power bi in my dynamics 365 to display the report. Whenever something changes, the report is updated in power bi but the changes are not getting reflected on dynamics 365. How do I make it happen?

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
