Auto-refresh stuck on Power BI service
A report is stuck on an auto-refresh 'still in progress' from 3 hours ago. I have tried manually refreshing, re-uploading the report to the service and turning the auto-refresh function on and off, but no solution has been found.
A gateway is not being used.
Please can someone suggest some other options?

If this is still happening my only solution is to log a support ticket to see what they can do on the backend?
