Hi Guys
I have 2 reports that up untill a day ago have been working perfectly, they feed 2 full page live pinned dashboards and we have auto page refresh set to 31 seconds. These Reports/Dashboards have been running on our service for at least a year with no issues.
We have the minimum page refresh set to 1 second under the admin portal under capacity settings and workload:
When i go into the report i see the following:
I set this one to 2 seconds as a test, you can see it thinks the admin level is 30 minutes and is refreshing based on that?
Does anyone know why this has just started to happen and why the reports are not respecting the capacity setting?
we have auto page refresh set to 31 seconds.
that's what you seem to be getting?
Hi there
How so? The dashboards are only refreshing every 30mins. You can see it says actual rate 30.1 "minutes"? It thinks the admin setting in the capacity is still set to the default 30mins when it is not.
you are right, I confused minutes with seconds. You can raise an issue at https://issues.powerbi.com . If you have a Pro license you can consider raising a Pro ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
